The Faculty of Arts and Sciences currently offers 6 programs taught in English. Follow the links below to find out detailed information about each program. Please note that new information for 2010/2011 will be available by March 1st.

Alpine Ecology and Environmental Management is offered as an option for fall, spring or an entire academic year. Students are required to have a background in natural science.

Business Adminstration for Exchange Students is offered as an option for fall, spring or an entire academic year. Students are required to have completed some business studies prior to participation.

Ecotourism and Sustainability is offered as an option for fall, spring or an entire academic year. This program is for students who have background in the fields of tourism, business studies, biology, ecology or geography.

Scandinavian Studies in Telemark is offered as an option for fall, spring or an entire academic year. This program normally attracts students from a wide variety of academic fields, some examples being: humanities, Norwegian language and social sciences. Courses taught in Norwegian for foreign students are also available through this program.

British and American Studies in Telemark is offered as an option for fall, spring or an entire academic year. One or more courses can be combined with courses offered in Scandinavian Studies in Telemark. Foreign students will join Norwegian Classes.

Courses 2009-2010: Bristish and American Studies in Telemark

Outdoor Life and Ecophilosophy is offered fall only. Students applying for this program should have a background in studies from the sports or outdoor recreation fields.
