Telemark University College is headed by a board, and has implementet unitary leaderhip from August 1st, 2011. From the same date, professor Rune Nilsen, University of Bergen, has been appointed Chair of the Board by the Ministry of Education and Research. Under the new leadership model Rector is the overall responsible for both academic and administrative and financial affairs.
