The participants came from Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany and Poland.

The programme lasted for 5 days and included topics such as Open Access and Information Literacy and consisted of both presentations and group discussions.

During their visit the participants also had the chance to observe the Constitution Day celebrations on the 17th of May, visit playwright Henrik Ibsen's childhood home in Skien and pay a visit to Vestfold University College and their new library.
