History, 1 year programme

This study programme will enable students to acquire an understanding of trends in Norwegian and world history. It will also encourage students to develop independent, open and inquisitive attitudes concerning historical cause and effect.

The programme may also be studied as the fourth year of the General Teacher Education programme.

It is also possible to take individual courses from the programme, both in autumn and spring semesters, when world history is taught in the autumn semester and Norwegian history is taught in the spring semester.
