Diploma/Transcript/Diploma Supplement

A diploma is a written documentation of completion of education. Students following the regular course of study will automatically receive a diploma at graduation.

Students who are delayed in their studies or have studied certain subjects/courses at other institutions must file a request for a diploma. Diplomas are issued by the different Faculties and will normally be sent to your registered home address. Therefore, remember to update your current address on the StudentWeb if you move.

Except for programmes taught in English, diplomas will be issued in Norwegian.

Transcript
Students who have not completed a full study programme can receive a preliminary transcript of records from the front desk.

Diploma Supplement
Diploma Supplement (DS) is an international supplement to the final degree diploma which gives supplementary description of the qualification obtained by the candidate.

The Diploma Supplement is being issued in a widely spoken European language, given automatically and free of charge to every student upon graduation. Diploma Supplements from Telemark University College are issued in English and is only valid with the diploma.
