Her finner du forskjellige skjemaer du trenger hvis du skal søke om permisjon, forlenget studietid eller andre ting som gjelder din studiehverdag.
From the menu to the right you may obtain most of the forms you may need if you want to apply for a leave from your study program, to prolong your status as a student or other matters concerning your studies.
The different forms are listed in the menu to the right. You need to print out the relevant form, fill it in and return it to the
administration on your campus. Some forms are only relevant for students from a certain Faculty. In this case, the form
will say "Faculty of ...." instead of "'Telemark University College" in the logo at the top of the form. You will find the correct return adress at the bottom of each form.
