Web-Based Career Guidance, with course fees
Counselling is a broad concept, and incorporates contemporary themes such as advising, coaching, workshops, teamwork etc. The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training establishes guidelines on qualification requirements for advisors and the right to receive necessary guidance in selecting occupational goals.

Module 1: Central principles and guidance methods
Module 2: Network building and system perspective
Teaching and learning methods:
Each module is web-based, with workshops held at Notodden.
The lectures are delivered over two semesters; the last submission of course work is at the beginning of the 3rd semester.

Vocational councillors and councillors in education; career guidance councillors; counsellors in primary and secondary education, university colleges, NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation), adult education and training in public and private sectors etc.
