The programme provides students with subject specialisation in various forms of fiction and play. Students will enhance their skills in teaching dramatic methods of expression and in mounting theatrical productions. They will learn about the theatre up through the 20th century, and gain insight into how theatrical art and play may be combined in drama pedagogy.

Students will acquire experience in how they as pre-school teachers can enrich and develop the games and play skills of children through drama and theatrical activities.
