CAMPUS NOTODDEN

 

Campus Notodden has 1650 students.

You study in exotic surroundings with plenty of room for you and your friends. You can go snowboarding, play beach volleyball, or take a walk in the beautiful mountains, far from the noisy and hectic city life.

The annual Blues festival (Europe's largest) in Notodden is popular among the students at Campus Notodden.

You find everything you need, such as cafés and art galleries, in the city centre. The campus in Notodden provides a panoramic view of Notodden.

Express buses depart for and from Oslo every hour, daily bus- and flight connections with Vestlandet and good connections to the Sørlandsbanen train route.

The campus has lecture halls, small rooms for group meetings and large rooms for soccer, and a canteen with reasonable prices and lots of good food.

Sport facilities
The campus has a swimming pool, a large gymnasium with an indoor-climbing wall, and offers plenty of outdoor activities.

Student housing
The campus offers student housing with free wireless internet access. It is also possible to rent a house together with friends, via the private market. You can choose to live close to the campus or close to the city centre, near StuA, bars, cafés, galleries and the movie theatre.

Close to home
Notodden is in close proximity to the Sørlandsbanen train route, a two hour bus ride from Oslo, and has good flight connections with Vestlandet, which makes it easy to visit friends and family from back home.
