1. Log on at BIBSYS Ask
   
2. Student log on via FEIDE with the same username and password as for TUC's net and Fronter
3. Staff log on via FEIDE with the same username and password as for TUC's net
4. Others: Use your patron ID (library number) and your password. You order the password yourself
5. Click on My page in the top meny
6. Chose Loan overview/renewal
7. Click on Renew

Using your mobile phone:

If you have a smart phone, you may also renew your loans using the BIBSYS app. The app is available both for Android phones on Google Play and for iOS phones on iTunes.

Note the following:

• As long as there is no waiting list and the document belongs to TuC, you will normally be allowed to renew the loan
• The date due can vary from 2 to 4 weeks. The loan period is 2 weeks if there is a waiting list
• Some items are only on short-term loan (2 weeks). This applies to DVD's and books with a waiting list
