Remuneration at Telemark University College is made in accordance with the State salary scale and the college’s own local wages policy. The policy is negotiated with the unions and expresses the college’s strategies and its personnel policy.
It should also contribute to give practical guidance in connection with the remuneration of appointments and salary advancements.
