The Welfare Commitee helps to promote welfare and job satisfaction amongst employees.
There are 3 active welfare committees - one at each campus, Porsgrunn, Bø and Notodden.
In Rauland is planning to appoint a committee.
The commitees also organize social events such as summer- and Christmas parties.
