IT-support from student IT-councilors
Student IT-councilors are experienced students hired by the college to assist employees and fellow students with the use of available IT resources. Councilors must speak norwegian, but most will also speak english. Councilors are backed up by the regular staff.
Councilors man the helpdesks at campus Bø and i Porsgrunn. In Notodden they can be found in room L315- primarily for students.(Staff use phone, email etc)
