Order a document

• Search in BIBSYS Ask to see if the document is in the library
• You can then find it yourself on the shelf or ask at the counter for help
• If the document is on loan or if it is not in the library, you can order it through BIBSYS Ask
• Log in via FEIDEusing your usual username and password
• Go to the document you want to order and click on Order/Reserve
• Enter your patron ID (HITE[studentnumber] ) and your family name (last name)
• When the document is ready for collection from the library, you will get a message via email or as an SMS

Order a copy of an article

• Search a database for journal articles
• If fulltext is not available, click on the ikon "BIBSYS-x"
• BIBSYS-x takes you to a search in the library catalogue, BIBSYS.
• Check out the possibility of access to an electronic fulltext version or a paper copy in the library
• If this is not available, order a copy
• Enter your patron ID (HITE[studentnumber] ) and your family name (last name)
• Click on Submit order
