TUC's personnel policy is a platform that all personnel and payroll management is based on. TUC shall endeavor to ensure that employees are experiencing job satisfaction and safe working conditions
TUC overall personnel policy document entitled Our personnel policy is both a basis in the daily work and a basis for other personnel policy documents. Personnel policy is based on TUCs values.
Four areas: leadership, work environment, recruitment and personnel development, has its own headlines in our personnel policy. Other important areas such as equality, senior policy and wage policy, is integrated in the general section and partly in the four areas.
