NorskSenior policy
Senior policy at Telemark University College (TUC) will be flexible and aimed to cover different needs that exist in the senior group. It will seek to ensure that workers can walk out of the workplace in a dignified manner (overarching goals for TUCs a senior policy).
The senior is an employee who is 60 years and older.
HiTs senior policy has the following objectives:
- It will work to get more seniors to stand longer in the work.
- It should be added to ensure that seniorane begin the planning of the late career well before the formal retirement age.
- Faculties and administrative departments be stimulated to develop and implement a senior measures anchored in local needs and which otherwise complies with senior policy in the college.
