The college has two appointments committees composed of representatives from management- and employee organizations. One for professional positions and one for technical-administrative positions. They have the authority to advertise vacant positions and make appointments (except for some management positions who shall be appointed by the Board). Appointment committees also determines some issues concerning leave.
