Researchers are invited to submit abstracts for paper presentations. Abstracts from all relevant disciplines which offer original and scholarly contributions to the study of winter sports and outdoor life will be considered.
Proposals include:

1) Olympic Games in winter times
2) Skiing myths and skiing history
3) Winter sports: a gender perspective
4) Winter sports, technology and performance enhancing
5) Media and winter sports
6) Winter sports and national identities
7) Politics of Olympic Winter Games
8) Polar expeditions

We welcome also research papers on other topics concerning winter sports and outdoor life.

Submission of Abstracts

Those interested in presenting papers at “Winter Sports and Outdoor Life” are requested to submit an abstract up to 250 words in English. The abstract should include the research question that the paper will address, the methodological approach and maximum 5 keywords that reflect the content.
